Anyone have this doll back in 1967?

I had Dancerella! She was my favorite thing in the world when I was a little girl. This is what she looked like:

I was SURE mine was Dancerina, so I went looking...apparently you're younger than me because Dancerella came after Dancerina. Here's mine:

Did anyone else have Timey Tell?

YES YES YES!!! I had nearly forgotten about her - and her pink plastic tea set, toothbrush, and what else?? She had a dress with clocks all over it?? Is that her?? OH and there was a watch for you - and she talked - the one I am thinking of had such beautiful think blonde hair.

I had a doll that looked like Tipsy, but she didn't ride a bike, I don't know who she was. I had a Crissy, Velvet and Mia doll. Anyone have Dawn dolls or Flatsy dolls?

Did anyone else have a Kissy doll? You pulled her hands together and she made a kissing sound. I remember wanting that doll soooo badly and I was shocked when I received it for Christmas after my parents told me they couldn't afford it that year. We were really broke because my mother had just had a baby and she wasn't working. My granddad sold some coffee tables that he had handmade and were inlaid wood so he could buy me that doll. I was 4 years old and I adored that doll.

I also had Chatty Cathy, Baby Tenderlove, Thumbelina, Dancerina and the Little Kiddles. Nothing though compares to my Kissy doll and knowing my granddad wanted me to have it so much. Unfortunately, I lost the doll when we had a fire but I have never lost the memories.

:sunny: anyone remember the sunshine family dolls?? I had Chrissy, Velvet, baby alive, a doll with fuzzy peach face and arms, barbie townhouse that always fell apart... :rotfl2:also had timey tell, holly hobbie, mrs. beasly and those dawn dolls

OH MY! I had the Tipsy doll, the commercial was "tipsy tipsy tumble" and she was really heavy because she had so many batteries! I LOVED that doll. Thanks for the memories.

I had a doll called Velvet. You pushed in her stomach and her hair grew! I swear!

I also had Thumbelina (Tumbelina?)
I had Crissy. She was the taller, red headed version of Violet. The girl across the street had Violet.
I got a doll each year for Christmas. Baby Tender Love stands out in my memory.

I had a Thumbelina, Chatty Cathy, Little Kiddles and a Dancerina too! (not to mention Barbie, Ken, Skipper and another one I can't remember the name of!)

OMG yes I remember Tippy Toes......but Ive got another.....did anyone else have Pat-a-Burp? yep, you patted her back and she really burped...I loved that doll! :goodvibes

I still have, a Vogue Doll, Jill was her name, Ginny's sister...LOL

and I still have my Miss Revlon doll, my Chatty Cathy (although she will no longer chat when you pull her string) and a Shirley Temple Doll from the 60's...

edited to add: the dolls I have sure were well loved, they are pretty worn and tired looking and could use a good day at the doll baby spa.... ;) :flower:

I had Miss Revlon too.

I actually bought a Tiny Tears doll about 30 years ago at an antique store. While I don't have my original, I do have the one I bought in the 70's. Paid $25 for it then and it has the original clothing on it. Wonder what it is worth today? (Not that I would sell it.)

I also had Timey Tell. Loved that doll. Also had Thumbelina.

Did any one else have Penny Bright? She was really my sister's doll but I inherited her. She was a barbie type who was shorter and chuckier and younger I guess. She wasn't developed.

Speaking of developed, I also had Growing Up Skipper. :rotfl:

YES!! Boy does that bring back memories. Her hair looks like it was combed with a weed whacker!
