Anyone have these MK Bakery recipes???

I just got back from Disney and the renovated Magic Kingdom Main Street Bakery is better than ever!!!! They had this really awesome quiche that had cheese on top and their blueberry cheese coffe cakes were to die for! If there is anyone out there with these recipes I would LOVE to try and make these at home.
