anyone have stroller handle extensions?

I am thinking of just bringing out umbrella stroller to disney for my 5 year old but after a while it breaks my back because i am somewhat tall. a while back had heard about handle extensions does anyone know where i can get something like this?

I don't know if it would work with an umbrella stroller- it would depend on the handles.

I have seen this. I am not sure it will fit an umbrella stroller. I need one too!
