Anyone have problems at PC?

The heating element wasn't working in our room at the CBR. We called at 7 pm and the crew from maintenance came at a little after 8pm. They had the unit replaced within minutes. They apologized for it taking so long. They had been at PC all day long; and it took them a little bit of time to get over to us. Just wondered what if anything was up with that. We had changed our ressie from PC to CBR.

Anyone have any problems? Just curious.

Pop Century and Caribbean Beach are together as a region. We share the same Cast Services area, as well as some staffing.

As for any mechanical issues, we are a brand new resort, so there will be some challenges until everything gets worked out. However, from what I've seen, they have been kept to a minimum. Of course, that doesn't mean that maintenance can sit around and twiddle thier thumbs, they still have daily maintenance to perform, regardless of how new things are. Gotta maintain things for them to last!

Glad to hear things are running smoothly over at PC! Since the two maitenance guys mentioned it I thought I would ask for the "real" story.

We would have been there opening day if my parents been able to get the package deal for the entire stay. It wasn't available for the first night. Mom panicked especially when she learned about the size of the place. It is too bad she doesn't look at the boards like I do. Oh well, there will always be another time!

Congrats on the successful Grand Opening! Sorry we didn't get the chance to see what we missed!
