anyone have my disney experience lose a linked ticket

One of my liked tickets has disappeared! Now on phone with disney, saying 25 minute hold time! This is not making anything easier for me just wasting my time.

I have had this happen!! I've had strangers show up in My Disney Experience reservations and I've also been listed as a child on another person's reservation that appeared in my Disney reservations! At that time I called Disney and it was just a glitch in the system. Everything that you booked under your confirmation number is your reservation!!!

My mother, her ticket and all of her FP+ reservations disappeared from my sister's MDE acct. It was more than a glitch and had to be handled by a special group of Disney IT that fixes such problems.

before doing anything make sure to log out of the website/any apps you have completely then re-login and see. It's technology, it ain't perfect... yet.

they found it, apparently since my husband has a my disney experience account it went to his account. I asked her how I was suppose to make fast pass reservations for us all if I didn't have his ticket on my account and she linked it.

Yes. All of my family's tickets were listed normally in the App for our upcoming trip. Then after I updated the MDE App my husband's disappeared. I emailed the travel agent and she said she called Disney and checked and everything looked normal on their end. Then I reopened the App and his ticket had returned...
