Anyone have multiple DAS users on 1 MDE account?

I've emailed Disney, but they gave a confusing answer. I have 3 children in need of DAS. Does anyone here have experience being able to register multiple DAS services on 1 MDE account?

I did hear back from Disney that I can only do the video chat for 1 child at a time, not all 3, so that will make it difficult trying to get advanced ride reservations at the same time for all three if I have to do three different video chats.

We are a large family (18 of us traveling together), which is why I need all 3 to be registered for DAS instead of just one of them.

Before the video chat option, there were people with more than one DAS user on their My Disney Experience (MDE) account. The MDE account is just where the DAS user is linked to, so there is no reason there can’t be more than one.
The people registered for DAS can‘t be linked to anyone else’s DAS as an additional person; DAS users can only be on their own DAS.
You will need to have all members of your entire group listed in your MDE Friends and Family. You will also need to decide which DAS user each of your group will be listed under because they are not going to let you link your entire party to each DAS.

Is this new? When we went before, two of us needed a DAS and they linked everyone in our party of 6 to both passes, as sometimes Person A would want to go on a ride and not Person B or vice versa.

We did have to keep track of who had a return time, as if someone had a return time on Person A's DAS, then they couldn't get a return time on Person B's DAS until Person A's was used and they couldn't just be removed from Person A's return time, so you did have to consider that. But it worked well for our situation, although I will say I never want to deal with that large of party again unless they are all DH's or my family, but that had nothing to do with the multiple DAS's in our party.

Also, this wasn't a one off thing, as we were with a CM who was signing us in at the time and so the two that needed the DAS had to go in every day to get the DAS and this happened the same way every time, until the second to last day when a CM told us they had a solution to handle those that are being signed in multiple days, but at that point, it wasn't worth it, as there were some other catches as I recall to the option that would have been ok for the whole trip, but not for just two days.

For six, that’s fine but I highly doubt they would allow 15 on each DAS, which is why the OP is asking for 3 DAS

It’s not new or changed - members of Friends and Family have been able to be linked to more than 1 DAS user since the DAS became digital. That’s not really an issue since each guest can only have 1 active DAS Return Time at a time no matter how many DAS users they are linked to. But, the usual number linked to a DAS is 6 (5 plus the person with a disability that DAS was registered to).

The issue I was responding to is that the poster indicated they have 18 in their family.
There is no way Disney is likely to link all 15 of the Friends and Family to each of the 3 members of their family they are looking to register for DAS.

I admittedly missed they were wanting 18, definitely won't go for that and even if they did, I doubt any attraction would accept a group of 18.

And I can't imagine trying to keep that large of a group together for more than maybe eating lunch. 6 was bad enough and made the trip much less enjoyable than it could have been. Hindsight and all of that.

I would skip the online registration and get it all set up the first day at the parks. There's no way I'd sit through that process 3 times, never mind the once! And it seems the extra DAS are limited, and trying to get 18 people to one place to use it at a certain time seems very stressful to me. Then having to get 3 return times that work for one attraction (or having 3 different groups going to 3 different ones?) seems like a huge time suck.

100% this ☝

I realize the advance selections are tempting, but I don’t feel it’s worth the time & stress to do it ahead of time right now (especially if doing it 3 separate times!!!). Plus, when you do it in person, you can still request they make advance selections for any days of your trip that are still at least 2 days away from then (I did that in November) 👍

I knew ADAS passes were going to be harder for me to use anyway & they really were. Having the ability to make the day-of DAS, however, was a total game-changer & I loved it!!!

Each DAS holder is entitled to 5 guests. What you are asking is for Disney to allow each DAS holder to have 15 guests to use one pass - times the 3 DAS. They cannot allow that.
No, that's not what I'm asking. Each of my children would have 5 people on their own DAS. There are 18 of our family altogether, and we would like to go on rides at the same time, so trying to co-ordinate that all 3 children would have their DAS return times around the same window, though...

My question was whether or not each of my 3 children can have a separate DAS on my one MDE.

All 18 of us will be linked through my MDE as family and friends.

Thank you! I was hoping this was the case. Yes, we have planned out which 5 people would be connected with each of our 3 kids so that there's no overlap.

When did you here this? I reached out last month and have an email saying we could do both our kids at once. This changes everything. Ugh!

Oh, really! Well, I hope my email was wrong! I received it last week. But, honestly the wording was very vague and sort of unclear. I will have all my kids on hand "just in case" they allow us to do all 3 at once I guess?
