Anyone have Kelly Jo for their guide?

I left her a message last Thursday about wanting to possibly do an add-on. She has STILL not returned my call. I think this is pretty poor - esp. when you are in the business of selling something.

Anyway, does anyone else here have her? I don't think I've seen her name mentioned at all. I was wondering if this is the norm, or just a fluke thing.

Kelli Jo has been our guide for years, and I've always received quick, friendly service from her in the past. I'd call again and see what the holdup is. When we added on at BCV, she was very prompt and helpful. Maybe she is away?

Its always frustrating when you want to spend money and they don't get back to you quickly!

Kelly Jo has been our guide and we never had a problem. In addition she has been very responsive to our inquiries. I would recommend that you call again. It is possible she did not receive the message. She has been with Disney for many years.

When we did an add-on two years ago she took care of the matter in one day. I am sure there must be an explanation.

Kelly Jo is our guide also. When we were in the process of purchasing three years ago, I know she was on top of everything. Other than that, we've never heard from her. I read here how some guides contact member afterwards, like when they are making trips home. We have never experienced that from her, but that is OK with us.

We only dealt with her when we bought at BCV, never really had or needed any contact with her since. I thought it was weird she didn't call me back - must be a fluke then! I'll give her another call. Thanks!

We bought our first contract with Kelly Joe at the BCV exactly two years ago. We have added on five times since then. Every transaction with her has been superb.

My guide does not seem that keen to sell me add ons........ tells me there is nothing available...I wonder if they are that bothered about add ons at the moment as they are certainly letting a lot of contracts through ROFR....with SSR selling so well maybe they are not doing so many add ons.....

I plan to ring mine again very soon.
