Was just wondering about how the sizing runs on these dresses. My daughter is almost 5 and can wear a 6 in most dresses. My options would be size 5/6 or 7/8. I am watching JCP online for the dress. I was at my local store today and they had one Elsa dress in a 2/3, so I will keep an eye out there as well.

I don't have the dress yet but am on the lookout. My daughter is also a size 6 and I will be buying the 7/8. It's always better to go bigger rather than smaller on clothes, that way they can grow into them.

My daughter has the XXS (2/3). She is 2 1/2 years old and wears 24 mos clothes and the dress was HUGE on her. I had to take it in allover. (Like 4 inches off the hem--which I actually had to take in from the waist.) I also had to take in the bodice and the elasticized waist to accomodate her. (And she has always been averaged size for her age.)

Here's a pic:

Our local store only had a Large, which equates to a 10/12. My daughter wears a size 7/8 typically and he fits her just fine (maybe a smidge too big). With those dresses, I'd definitely err on the side of going up a size rather than down.
