Anyone have experience owning a vacation home in Kissimmee?

My husband and I are considering buying a townhome in Kissimmee to use as a vacation rental home. I'd like to talk with someone who currently owns a vacation rental home in the area to learn more about it. If you are willing to have a brief PM exchange or phone call, can you please let me know?

We had our now snowbird home in Davenport, which is in Polk County, in the vacation rental market for a few years. I don't know if the rules for short term rentals in Osceola County are different but I would be happy to share our experience.
