Anyone have Comcast email?

I’ve been getting hundreds of spam emails every day recently. I block the senders, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. Did Comcast stop using the spam filters or what is going on? Is there anything I can do other than change my email address? I’ve had it for over 25 years and it’s simple and everyone knows it, so it would be a hassle to switch.
