If you mean Bill Barchik - he was our wedding coordinator. He helped us figure out all the details of when, where etc. He worked with us to see if a Disney Wedding would be feasible and he stayed with us until the contract was signed. At that point we were assigned a wedding planner. But even once we had moved onto the wedding planner Bill continued to be there if we needed him.
Bill is brilliant - he's a senior sales manager I think, but he is ALWAYS there for us, whatever our query and we can't rate him highly enough - he's just great!!! Say hi to him for us (Sara-Jayne)! You're in such good hands!
Oh, that's great! You'll feel so happy dealing with him - I've dealt with him for five months now, and about one millon questions! He's just great - I can't say enough good things about him!!!
I would just like to confirm what everyone else said about Bill. He has been great. He answered all my questions and worked with me right up until we signed our contract and was given a coordinator. When we went for our site visit he also showed us around. He also still helps with questions to on our room block.
