Anyone have best rate lowered?

Just wondering if anyone out there booked with best rate and later got notification that their rate was lowered? Thanks.

I've read one report here and one on another board of people who had their rate dropped but both were booked at rack rate when the program was first released. I haven't heard of anyone else who had theirs drop. They say they will drop to match another discount if one is offered and nothing else has been offered as of yet so I can't imagine that they have dropped anyone yet.
