Anyone Have any Regrets from your Last trip?

If I would have know Tapestry of Dreams was ending, I would have made a point of seeing it more than once last trip! I also would have gone to Cranium Command more than once if I would have know Wonders of Life was going to close!

We wanted to see Off Kilter and the British Invasion a few more times. We love to hear them perform.

No regrets over last trip, but only because the last trip was a spur of the moment "bring back the magic" trip.

I have regrets over our October of 2002 trip. We brought my in-laws and treated them to accomodations at our home at Boardwalk. We got a two bedroom and gave them the studio side which they never moved from. I envisioned it that they would use it as the bedroom, we would use the master bedroom and we would share the common area. But they stayed in their own room the entire time. They watched TV in there, ate in there, etc. We had all of 1 meal in the room together (but we did eat out a few times with them). They wanted us to plan everything but then criticized most of what I had planned. I was trying so hard to make them happy that I became miserable.

Thank God for my wonderful DH who suggested that spur of the moment trip in December. We were out of points so couldn't go back home, but we did get to experience Coronado Springs. No it isn't DVC, but it was fun for this trip. We have since gone on the DVC Member Cruise and that was WONDERful as well.

Now we have a May cruise and his parents are coming again (planned well before October). I'm lowering my expectations of what I have to do for them and I'm making sure that we enjoy ourselves. We've picked our excursions and we are making them pick their own (know they won't do at least one of the ones we are doing).

Last trip, we stayed 3 nights at AKL, 3 nights at BCV and 1 night at OKW. Would I call it a regret? No, more like a disappoinment in our planning. For us, it took too much time to move from one resort to the next. We will not do that again.

Not staying long enough and not taking family photos. We went with extended family and we got very few photos of just myself, dh, and our kids. My dh won't go back to WDW(been there done that 3x) and ds is away at college so that was really our last "family" trip for a long while.

No regrets here. While I may not have done everything I had planned. There's always tomorrow.

My last trip was very magical, and there is now another Disney lover in my family. :) It was Granddaughter Lucy's first trip.

Some of my children are Disney Nuts, my DIL is a Double Disney Nut. All of my Grandchildren share my obsession with Disney. No regrets here! I've converted the next generation. :bounce:

We stayed at the GF for our last visit. While I love the resort for the ambience, I wouldn't spend the extra $$ to stay there again. I thought that the rooms themselves were far less "grand" than expected. Next trip we'll be heading back to the FW Cabins or we'll give AKL a try!

No regrets at all from our last trip, if anything not riding RNR one more time before we left, then again that would have been our 10th time in that trip.
I enjoyed Epcot and the World showcase very much this time, I got to see a lot of the things I had never seen before.

Hall of Presidents was closed on our last 2 trips:(
On our trip before last....
I regret getting the flu and not being able to go to the Osborn Lights and missing the last 2 days of fun.

My only regret is that I couldn't just move into Cindy's Castle and live there forever.:teeth:

Let's see..
Not riding any of the Mountains
Only staying 4 nights
Not taking more pictures
Not riding test track, T of T or R n R..

Not seeing any parades at MK.
Not taping Spaceship Earth, as it is changing.

Not seeing Beauty and the Beast at MGM, missing out on Splash Mt. while DH and DD went without me, leaving me to hold all the stuff.(how'd that happen?) And, not having time to do anything more than once. All reasons for us to go back!!!

Not seeing Fantasmic, getting talked into spending our last day at Typhoon Lagoon -I just really don't like the water parks, not riding Splash Mountain one night - I wanted to sit out and people watch-the CMs let my family ride twice in a row without getting off!
