Anyone have any information on the Concierge collection, RCI ?

Usually you have to call MS to reserve concierge collection. I have never used RCI so I have no guidance.

Have done both, Pre-Covid. It does require a call to member services which wasn't a big deal at the time (sigh). They get in touch with the resort and make the reservation. You get a confirming email.

If you are looking to save some points that you would otherwise lose, you can also transfer points, I think in increments of 10, to RCI. I've not done that but believe it would require a call to DVC to do the transfer then all reservations would be through RCI.

For RCI, login to the member site and under Plan a Trip there is a Book an RCI vacation link that will log you in to the RCI site where you can indeed make a reservation or you can also call member services to do so, but hold times have been really long lately. Also, know that any modifications have to be done through member services.
