Anyone Have Any "Brown Sugar" Tips?

Ziploc and in the refrigerator. Nothing else!! Always moist and never any hard lumps.

I was just gonna ask this.
I used to sell tupperware, and it does not work for me. I now use the ziplock baggie, and It seems I still have the problem. maybe it is the humitiy in my house?

Well I just put a slice in there to soften it up before I'm going to use it. Then it turns hard soon after and I throw it away. Put in another slice the next time I'm going to use it if needed.

I have a little terra cotta bear a friend bought me and it works great. I just drop it in the bag with the brown sugar and it always stays soft (used to have a terrible time with it getting hard all the time, I love that little bear! lol)

I use one of those, too. I soak mine in water every once in a while, and then it makes the bag stay humid.
