I'm looking at inversion tables - where you strap your feet in and then lean backward so you're hanging upside down. They are supposed to help stretch your back muscles and relieve tension.

Does anyone have one? Do you use it on a regular basis & does it help? Any suggestions on which models are good and which are junk?

Thanks!

bump, just in case I posted too early this morning :p

my cousin has one - she loves it.

I don't know too much about it but I know she really likes it.

I hung upside down at the Gigglin Marlin in Cabo last weekend and I can't imagine doing it for more than a minute...I had a headache...LMAO!

UGH if I could remember the poster whose husband is a chiro, I can almost guarantee she has one. maybe she'll pop into this thread....

My X has one, and its for his back. His brother has one too, same reason.

Both boys drove truck for many years, and have horrible back issues. If you all remember my post about his herniated disk last winter....

He hangs at least twice a day. In the morning so he can move, and at night so he can sleep. Some days, he'll hang in the middle of the day too. When we use to go on vacation he can really tell he didnt hang for days. It got to the point at disney, he'd hang off the bed on his back LOL...

He's a hanger
