anyone have an email for pop?

My DD used all her coupons in the arcade on a huge blowup chair with peace signs on it.........well we got home and tried to blow it up and it isnt blowing up.............its got holes in it..
I was wondering if anyone had an email to write and ask for a replacement. She is so upset, she said after a whole week of winning tickets for nothing.
