Anyone have aGOOD experience with EXPO Design?

My sister hired EXPO to completely remodel her kitchen and bathroom. She has been unable to live in her home for over 4 months now. For weeks nothing got done. She is very busy at work and lives in our other sister's living room. I have been trying to get the store manager (or someone!) to call me - our family is furious that they are taking so long! It seems like they've opened too many stores too fast and they don't have the craftsmen to do the work. I'm at my wit's end. I've contacted 2 of the local TV Stations "Consumer" depts. Anybody know what I can do to get some compensation for her? (She - unfortunately - paid up front for everything.) They didn't cover her brand new carpet, so they better pay for its' cleaning when they're done.

Minnie~ Sorry to hear that. I am fed up with Home Depot, they own Expo. I have written letters to HD regarding a problem we had with our flooring order. They have never replied.

I even tried Planet Feedback with no success. I remember reading some complaints regarding Expo about delayed jobs. You may want to check Planet Feedback out.

Do you have a friend/relative that's an attorney? Maybe they can help....
