I was wondering if anyone had a schedule or planner that they would be willing to share. We have so many ressies for dinners, shows and kids activites that it is a mess to try and keep it all straight - you know what park we wil be at on what day for this ressie and that. I didn't know if anyone had a template of one that they would be willing to share.

Thanks

Right click here, and select "Save Target As". Then click OK.

You'll need Excel to run the file, and to use it.

SnackyStacky, when I click that link I'm getting this message --

"File not found. The requested URL was not found on this server"

Is it a problem on my end? :confused3

That link worked for me...thank you! :wave2:

I just tried them both as well with no luck. I would love to see it so if there is a way to get it let me know. Thanks!

snacky, did you origionate it? I have been using it for months and love it. Thanks, if so. I have a question. Why is it that some of the blocks double line what you enter and some go into the next column? I have to open it wider sometimes. Does that make sense? lol sorry. Thanks again.

Donnask8pro -

I SORT of originated it myself.

There were some sheets that were popular about a year ago, but they kind of vanished. I also found myself needing a better budget sheet. Well, my hard drive crashed, and I lost those original sheets. People here on the DIS had been asking for them for a couple of weeks, but nobody could find them. Until one DISer offered to E-Mail a copy to anybody who wanted them. After about 10 pages of E-Mail requests, I thought that poor DISer had to be losing her mind! So I requested a copy, added my more detailed budget sheets, and left it with the original planning and hints/tips sheets. I then uploaded it so people could get it when they needed it - nobody had to E-Mail it to people.

So part of it is my own creation based off of an earlier idea, and some of it is somebody else's work.

I'm not sure what you mean about double lining and entering in the next column. All of the cells in red are designed to do some sort of math work. SO if you enter a number somewhere, and another number pops up someplace else, it's because the spreadsheet is doing the math for you.

I can't access it through either of those links either. :confused3 Is it something that could be emailed? I'd love to see it.

Thanks!

I am using the planner from Touring Plans www.touringplans.com and I like it. The only drawback is it is a maximum of 7 days so my 8th day is just sort of hanging out there in the cold! :cold:

EDITED TO ADD: My bad! Over on the right side there is an option to click to add extra days. I now have all eight days all nice and neat.

I am lost when it comes to anything technical and this was easy enough for me to figure out so it's very user friendly! Of course maybe being technically challenged is why I missed the "add more days" feature! It has a couple of choices for format and page size so you can choose what works best for you.

Happy planning!

Go to my link

http://www.kpog.com/disney0905/disneyplanning_template.xls

This is the same spreadsheet as SnackyStacky with a few of my own additions to it. I added an enhanced itinerary, changed printing to be landscape on pages so that an 8 1/2" X 11" page can fold in half and fit in a Passporter or Daytimer and added another character finding page (although I am still working on formatting of that.)

The best schedule planner I have ever used is the Passporter. I get a new one for every trip. If you have never seen one, RUN, don't walk to your nearest book store and check it out.

By the way, they don't pay me anything to say that. Maybe I should hit them up. You think?

SnackyStacky,

All I have to say is wow! These are awesome. Thanks for posting them!
