Anyone have a number for "Disney Shipping"?

During our last trip to EPCOT, we had my daughter's picture taken for one of those crystal blocks from the "Crystal Magic" kiosk outside the Imagination ride. It was so great that I ordered a duplicate in November as a Christmas gift. The recipients still have not received it, and the Crystal Magic people say it was sent out by "Disney Shipping" on December 12, but they say that they don't know how it was mailed and they don't have a tracking number. They said there was no way to call the Disney Shipping warehouse. Does anyone happen to have contact information that might help me track this down? I just want to make sure it will get there by Christmas, since I ordered this thing almost a month ago and they initially told me it would take a week to ten days to arrive.

Thanks so much. I called them, and they didn't have anything about my order on their "system," but they said that wasn't uncommon. They also apparently are not keeping tracking numbers on anything right now, so they cannot tell me when or if it was even shipped, much less if it will arrive before Christmas.
