my next door neighbors have one and I can't wait until they move next week!!

He bites new people, he hates little children. He's a strong as an ox and he barks constantly

I'm sorry, but I have to jump on the "don't get a JRT" bandwagon. My aunt has two of them and they adore her, but they aggressively try to dominate anything and anybody who comes into the house. They're clever little things, but unpleasant to be around. I would say maybe training would help, but it sounds like that's not a guarantee.

training won't help my next door neighbors JRT. He is SO stubbon, he bolts if the door is opened a fraction. He won't listen to anyone and is SO quick you can't catch him.

He has to be on a leash whenever he's out on our property because he bites. He's used to me so he won't bite me, he tried the first time I met him though.
