I am having a little bit of problems with my TA. She didn't know what came with the Deluxe dining package and tried to tell me I was wrong. She said it comes with 1 table service and 1 counter service per day. I simply sent her a link to the Disney site and have yet to hear back from her 24 hours later. I can understand not getting a response on the weekend but this is during the week. Can I change TA? Also, would I be able to do this without getting someone's feelings hurt? This is our MIL , FIl and kids first trip. DH and I have been 5 times. We just haven't been back since 2000 so having someone who knows the ins and outs would be great. Otherwise, I will just do it myself.

I have a great TA but she does not work for DU. I can not say enough great things about her. I can give you her contact info but since you are already using an agent I doubt she would take over you package. I think it is a code of honor type thing not to steal clients. Can you contact your TA's supervisor?

We used Jennifer with DU and she has been great. SHe got all my requested ADRS for Thanksgiving Week . We leave 2 weeks from tomorrow. Staying 9 nights AKL

I can't find an email address for a supervisor. I hate doing this kind of thing.

Does dreams assign TA's based on where you live or can you just request someone? We are already with DU just need another agent.:confused3 I would have thought they would be more familiar with the packages than someone else but I guess I was wrong.

Kevin Klose is wonderful! He really went above and beyond teh level f service I was expecting. And so nice to work with. And very knowledgeable.

We've used Shirley A. several times and she has been terrific. Always there for any and all questions, she gets back to you in a timely fashion.

I have seen mention of contacting John or Kevin. I am not sure of their emails but they have posted them here before

You may also want to change your title of the thread to DU agent not responding or something like that as the webmasters check those emails right away

Merrie with Dreams Unlimited is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about her. I would assume all the employees there are great. They specifically do Disney trips so you can't go wrong.

It sounds like she's getting mixed up between the ordinary dining plan and the deluxe dining plan. I could just be a misunderstanding, as opposed to lack of knowledge. Maybe she's thinking you want to stay in a deluxe hotel on the dining plan.

It would probably be best to try to clear this up with her. Failing that you could try this address:

webmaster@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com

she specifically said I did not have enough credits as the deluxe dining plan only comes with 1 counter service and 1 table service and 2 snacks per person per night. It has been taking 24+ hours to get simple questions answered.

We've used Sue Ellen at DUT for our last trip and are using her again for our upcoming trip. I simply requested her when I put in my reservation request for this latest journey.

Sounds like you've gotten several recommendations, but here goes my two-cents---Kim Harkness. She has sent up trips for myself, my brother and sister-in-law, and cousin. She's like part of the family now.

It seems as though maybe your TA is just not familiar with Disney's new plans. But responding in an untimely manner, to me, is not acceptable unless she notifies you she will be away.
