Anyone have a Company D Friends and Family Flyer?

As the thread title suggests, I’m hoping to make a stop at the store before our next visit. Apparently all you need for entry is a flyer from a cast member. If anyone has a copy of that flyer that they are comfortable with sharing I’m sure I speak for all of us here by saying thanks in advance! (Or a PM)
