Has anyone had or tried at their taste testing the carrot cake ??? I gave dh2b the flavor list and told him to pick a combo for our top tier and go figure, he picks the only flavor I don't like. Oh well I guess he should have some say right?? LOL Has anyone tasted this ? Was it good or should we go with a different flavor. Also what kind of filling goes in carrot cake Cream cheese??? white choco??

My DH picked carrot cake with cream cheese frosting/filling for the top tier of our Wedding cake. I never liked carrot cake until I had Disney's, it was so good I had them re-make it for us on our 1 yr. Anniversary.

We had top tier carrot cake with cream cheese filling
2nd layer was marble cake with strawberries
3rd layer was almond cake with bailey irish cream filling

Are you doing to cake tasting? I really recommend it. They are all good.
