Just called for a spur of the moment trip using our points. Nothing but SSR for 3 nights. Bummer. I can waitlist, but I'm sure my chances are slim.

I didnt wait as long as you to book for Pres week. I called after our Dec trip and all I could get was SSR for 6 nights. I waitlisted for OKW and VWL and OKW came through ....

Well, we ended up getting SSR for the 13th, 16th - 20th

Staying at Pop for the 2 nights in between.

Kind of a pain, but I guess thats what we'll have to do.

I also waitlisted BCV & BWV. I know my chances are slim to none, but, hey! You never know.

We have been on a waitlist several times before. I had better luck taking on calling MS back myself every few days. Never have gotten a call back on a waitlist. Maybe it's just a myth?

We booked our President's weekend trip right after Thanksgiving and nothing was available. Just a 1 bdrm at SSR, which was more points than I wanted to use (all we need is a studio). So I waitlisted the 13th-16 at SSR or AKV for a studio. On the weekend of Dec 12, I logged into the member site and saw that my waitlist for a studio at SSR had come through. Got the confirmation a few weeks ago inthe mail. WOOT!

For this trip, I really didn;t care what resort we stayed at, just as long as we were at DISNEY!
