I just wanted to post the fact that the PAP Mummy event is on Sunday as well.

Most of the posts that I have seen have only refered to friday and saturday. But it is also on Sunday as well.

Thanks. I didn't know it was for three different nights. Mine is for Friday. I've heard of others getting it for Saturday but you are the first I've heard who got the invitation for Sunday.

There are over 200,000 AP holders, so spreading the event out over 2 weekends makes sense.

Can you imagine if they tried to cram all 200k+ into one weekend!

I just called the 866 number supplied in a previous post since we did not get our invitations. I figured they didn't send it since we live so far away, but I had a trip planned since December for 5/21-26. The woman who answered was really great and set us up for the 21st. My kids don't know a thing about this trip, so they should be really wired when we get there.

Just to let everyone know, my daughter's entire middle school is going up to IOA on Friday May 21st (about 2k students). The good news for you, is that the busses usually arrive around 9:30am, and by the time they get off the bus, organized, and enter the park, it's 10am.
Not that it effects the Mummy event, but if you plan on going to IOA on Friday first, I'd suggest you get there early. The kids won't have any way to get express passes, but if a big group decides to tuff it out and wait for a ride, you may be waiting as well. Last time my daughter went, they didn't even get on any rides because the lines we're so long. They just walked around, played games, and bought candy.

My daughter and I will be there! I will be the one looking scared and nervous. I am terrified if rides with drops. hope I don't chicken out of riding it. Linda

I just got my invitation in the mail today. Mine is for Saturday, May 22. I won't be there until May 25 (staying until the 30th). Someone said they have an invitation for May 28?? I would love to go then. Do you think it would be possible to change our date?
Where should I call?

The RSVP is just so they can get an estimate. You can go any of the nights. I RSVPed for two different nights and got a confirmation for both.

To RSVP for the 28th just send it to this email address and specify the number of people going: apspecialeventd@universalorlando.com

"A" is May 21st
"B" is May 22nd
"C" is May 23rd
"D" is May 28th
"E" is May 31st

We will be there the 28th - since we have never been to an AP preview can you tell me what it's like? The time says 8:00 - 12:00. Are there any other rides open or is it just the Mummy?

Thank you for the e-mail link, phamton. As I've posted many days ago, our family made immediate plans for a long weekend in Orlando as soon as the AP event was mentioned here. Well, we STILL have not received anything in the mail. Wednesday, I called the AP line and was connected to a very rude CM who told me that I must be patient and wait for my invitation to come in the mail before anything could be done. This certainly isn't what I've been reading from other people's experience here on the boards. I think I'll try the e-mail route to get our family registered for the 21st. I was very surprised by the rude CM; usually they've been great.

We had passes since Oct--never recd a newletter. Looks like we are just going to miss the fun. We arrive in Orlando may 29 but staying at Disney til June 4-7.

I just received my invitation to the AP event on the 21st, but we are already planning trip for the 28th. We are at RP through the 30th. Can we just show up for the event on the 28th or do you absolutely have to RSVP. Do I have to have the invitation with me?
