I'm trying to figure out my schedule for a PA coaster tour during Barb Con. Is anyone going to Dorney Park on Sunday after the pic-a-nic? I'm considering Dorney Park or Morey's Piers.

Sarah and I are planning to go to Dorney Park on Sunday, but we can't stay too late because we have a LONG drive back home and someone has to be at work Monday morning.

Are you making Sarah work? :)

I'm going to be with a friend at Dorney on Thursday, so I can coaster myself out then and we will ride the flat rides on Sunday. :)

Sarah LOVES wooden coasters. She's not too keen on the ones where you go upside down or where your legs dangle (although she does like the Corkscrew and Iron Dragon at Cedar Point). I'm assuming that Dorney Park has at least one or two wooden roller coasters. :)

There's two wooden coasters there: Thunderhawk and Hercules. I think one may be like Gemini: it has a wooden frame with a steel track. The only feet dangler there is Talon, which is like Dueling Dragons. Otherwise, there's Lazer, a mini-looping one and some others.

Barry, save some of those coaster rides for Sunday! Barry (my DH) & I will definitely be going to Dorney on Sun. & Mon! :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc
Steel Force, Talon HERE WE COME!!!! :D
We're going to Six Flags Great Adventure in NJ on Tues & Wed! :D
