And while we can guarantee an incredible vacation experience here at Universal Orlando, we unfortunately can't make any guarantees about the weather. However, we can make your travel planning stress-free with our "No Questions Asked" cancellation policy. In the event you are not able to travel to Orlando due to an active named storm, we'll help you re-schedule your vacation or give you a complete refund - no questions asked. Your safety and peace of mind come first when you're visiting us, and we hope to see you here soon!
