I was, but then my DW found out about it - so I had to buy two tickets....

), I think that of all places, WDW would be a great place to go solo. When DW and I go to WDW, we always end up chatting with folks - in line, at meals, at our resort, on the transportation. Some are families, some are just couples, and some are solo - either for the trip, or just for a while ("Oh, my husband is off playing golf, so I figured I'd try the MK by myself.") And since this'll be the DVC MH, I'll bet the friendliness factor will be even higher. I'd say give it a shot; honestly, do you think you'd ever say, "Boy, I'm so sorry I went to the Member Homecoming", solo or not?
might like to go. She will just have finished her first year of college and could use a little treat! She's very excited about going, although I'm not sure she will be quite as excited about the MH events as I will be! But, I know I won't get too many opportunities to have a "girls only" trip with her, so I'm grabbing the chance!Originally posted by Simba's Mom
I'll be at WDW during homecoming, technically with DH but since he'll be golfing every day, really solo.

Anyone considering or going solo for the homecoming
