I am a little worried now because in order to get our meet and greet free pic we will need to upload in the park. Can I still hook in with you guys for the CD when I get back home?

So, right now we're waiting on the last person to get back, and then do we send the numbers to you (er, I already did, LOL), or are you going to send us the account info and we upload ourselves?

I'm so excited to see what's on there...well, afraid to see the pictures of ME, but there was a photopass photog there when DS met Captain Jack, and I'm beyond excited to see that!

I will be arriving Sept 17 and going home the 26th. We already did the prepurchase of photopass - and got the discount for it ($99.95 instead of $129.95).

Here's how it will work. After your trip, DO NOT enter your photopass numbers on the photopass site. You will email them to me. I will enter them under my account number. Then I will forward you the login and password, where you can go in and add borders and such to your pictures. Then on a specified date (we'll figure that out when we know everyone's dates), I will order the CD. Once I get it, I will make copies and ship them out to everyone. I figure shipping will be about $5 and we have a bunch of CDs and DVDs, so I'm not worried about the cost for those.

So...here's what the price would be:

If there are two people: it will be $52.50 each
Three people: $36.65 each
Four people: $28.75 each
Five people: $24.00 each
Six People: $20.85 each

I'm not sure if we should to much more than that...or it might be too many pictures.

Let me know! So far it's just me - and there's one person who is interested, but hasn't told me positively if she wants to do it.

The Captain Jack pictures just came like that. All of the pictures with him, actually. I think that's a bit much, I wish they had an option to have it without that border (they took something like 10 pictures), but it's also cool.

I doubt that there's a Photopass photog with Jack all the time, but we came across him at (in? on?) Pirate's Lair and they had the whole setup with photographer, which was cool.

Here are a few of the things you can edit in with the pre-purchased (thanks annieb!) CD.

The signature is something I edited in through the account (they offer the proper signature based on the character).

That'll probably blast my photobucket account for the month, lol.


Now that I've done the full CD once, with the little extra things you can put in, I probably won't do that one again. I'll probably get the one in the park for less money.

And even though we didn't really scour the park for photographers, we got enough fun pictures (mainly of my son...I am NOT happy with the way I look in any of them, sniffle sniffle) that I am sold on the value of the CD, and I would even do it on my own (unless a share dropped in my lap, lol), that's how high I find the value!

Oh, here's one with the edited-in Tinkerbell. This is different from the posed picture where someone puts their hands out and the photographer somehow adds Tinkerbell to the cupped hands with their camera. This one is edited in online by the user. I only could do this with two pictures (and one was just to be silly) because of DS...the swoop across the bottom of the picture kept cutting him off when I tried to add it, so it was useless!

(by the way, he is not barefoot b/c we feel that's appropriate. he's barefoot b/c he was soaked to the bone in the DCA water play area only 20 minutes before, and though I thought to bring dry clothes down to underwear, I didn't realize how drenched his sandals would be, and we had to go buy him new (Buzz!) shoes, and that's what we were on our way to do when the photographer got us. )
