We are all booked for our very 1st trip to WDW :banana::banana:

23rd April - 7th May 2010

Im soooooo excited! :dance3:

I am hoping the parks will be quiet as Easter Holidays and Spring Break will be over.

Is anyone else going around this time ??

Happy Trip Planning, its so exciting :woohoo:

Good Luck !

Thanks, :goodvibes

I am not sure if it is likely to be quiet as ive never been before, but im holding on to the chance as im guessing it might be as Easter Hols and Spring Break will be over.
Please please let there be no crowds :wizard:
Just means we can get lots done quicker if we are not waiting in huge queues for rides :thumbsup2

woo hoo we are going 22nd april to 7th may
I can't wait
I've started packing :rainbow:

We have been to WDW at various times of the year and the end of April / early May is one of the best times to visit - in fact we are just in the process of booking again for that time next year.

The weather is fantastic - loads of sunshine, temperatures in the 80's (but not too hot and humid you can't stand it) and hardly any rainfall - on two trips we had no rain at all !

The crowds in the parks are low - on many days most of the rides and attractions are straight walk-on's - great for 1st time visitors who are eager to do it all... again and again and again :rotfl:

Feel free to ask any questions !

Yep! We are looking to go 18th April! Just trying to decide on whether a package deal or flights & hotel seperately will be better :confused3 but can't wait

WOW thanks so much for your reply, im so pleased that we have chosen the best time to go. Especially because it is our 1st trip we want to get to explore everything and get alot done in the time that we are there, and standing in a huge queue for a ride would be a nightmare, especially with kids :rotfl:

I am pleased that you have booked your holiday for next year, sooooo exciting :banana::banana:

Hi Tinks,

I hope you find a good deal soon, let us know when u have booked :yay::yay: :dance3:

I've seen some good deals with TCD staying in Cane Island resort which looks nice, was quite fancying the regal sun resort, but do quite like the idea of self catering!

Hi Tinks,

We booked with Thomas Cook Direct, it worked out £690 per person for flights, Car hire and Gold Villa in Kissimmee.
Then we paid extra for Disney Park Tickets, Flex Plus Tickets and car insurance.
I thought it was a good deal, we played around with the dates a little bit which made a difference, we priced up the beginning of May and it was a little more expensive than the end of April.

I'll be there a few days after you leave :thumbsup2 10th - 24th May for me! Luckily I manage to miss Mother's Day (9th May) and Memorial Day!

Not sure if Mother's Day will be busy though :confused3

We are not going until December next year, but just wanted to say YEY :cool1: You will have a great time! May is my absolutely favourite time to go!!! Happy planning!

Oooooh sounds fantastic, u will have a fab time im sure.
We are staying in a villa in Kissimmee, we are going with my 2 sister in-laws and their hubbys so its worked out a bit cheaper for us as we are sharing the cost of the villa by 3 :thumbsup2

Count us in too! :thumbsup2 We arrive on May 6th until May 22nd, Disney's All Star Sports...can't wait!

Congrats on your 1st WDW trip, you'll have an amazing time - I'm sure of it!

Us too :thumbsup2 We've been before in May and as PP's have said most of the rides were walk on straight away, or within 5 minutes. We'll be going at a slower pace this time around with DD, but we will probably take more notice of the small kids stuff than we did last time, when we were a couple :)
