I'm at 3 hours and 30 minutes. I called in right at opening and had an 11 minute wait and then got disconnected. UGH... this is the third time I've called today.

yes finally- right around the 4 hour mark. it was crazy! the Vacationista did mention they may rethink how they do this next year and potentially change DVC etc. to the following day.
