You have misunderstood. I only hold one reservation per night of stay. I will book back to back ressies for one vacation. I didn't say I hold mulitple ressies. Believe me I am well aware of what Disney "looks down upon" and what is acceptable reservation practices.

I didn't suggest room only....I was speaking of an offer that was room only with the option to add tickets and dining...thus making it a package with the room portion discounted 40%. Also didn't imply it was right or wrong for your client in their situation....was simply telling the poster that dining was available with the offer and since there had been such confusion by Disney with the implementation of this offer that their TA should speak to someone else.

Others have booked it with dining and I just spoke to Disney and was quoted this offer with dining and tickets. I would suggest you have her check again.

Does this mean I could apply to dining? I would get 40% off? What about tickets...how much for these?

No Charleyann....this means you can add dining and tickets at regular price but the room portion would vbe discounted the 40%.

I did indeed misunderstand, my apologies. I'm sure you are aware how many people book mulitple reservations and it's not a good thing for anyone, seeing as this only lowers the possibility of a discount being released.

There is indeed confusion with Disney about it - but it's a Canadian code - so what else is new? Sadly; it's not just 'codes' that confuse Disney. I've lost track of how many times I've hung up and called back today.

What is crazy to me is how people can get away with booking multiple stays. When I booked for the wedding I was booking 3 rooms....did folks first and attempted to do brother and his family and the system flagged my brothers name (its exactly the same as my dads) and wouldn't let the cm continue until he added a Jr to it.

This offer is saving me much more than Free Dining.

I upgraded to the MK view at the CR with 5 day base tickets and the dining plan. I am saving $1002 over the package cost.

The DDP would only cost me $585 for 3 adults for the 5 days.

This means that I could look at it as free dining plus still saving $417 off my room rate (about $83 per night which is roughly 17% off rack rate).

I don't think that I will ever see an offer this good from disney again (except of course when I book my December trip by the March cut off date so I can again save another 40% off that trip).

I got the Hats Off to Mickey card on Friday. On Monday, I got the Stitch email. So, I called tonight to price the trip that I can't go on anyway (long story). What does the CM say? "I'm sorry. I do have 2 PINS for you. One is travel by Feb. 13, and one by Mar. 9. NO, we do not have anything in the system for those that you claim. And they are #'s? No, I only have letter codes. Sorry." So I asked to speak to the supervisor, and @ 4/5 minutes later, she came back with. "I found the codes. They are letters, and you were giving me #'s." (Yeah, and that's what the cards tell me to quote ).

After I got the numbers that I (don't) need, I hung up. Then I realized something. That Stitch email? It did not come to my on-file "Disney" email address. It came to my "Disney Insider" / Disney "complaint/compliment" email address. So, I wonder how it was decided that I get that Stitch offer???

Hi: I am booked and have not received a code. Just wondering would someone mind checking if the codes cover the first week of May and maybe that is why I did not get a code.

I booked room only with triple AAA but will have tocancel as the rate is still too high with AAA l5% off, was hoping for a code.

code covers feb 25 - mar 7 & may 28 - June 3. No dates in between.

My email said for value resorts as well but I had no issues using it at any resort (thank goodness - I spend my "real" life living "Value", I want my *Disney* life to be *deluxe*).

I'm shocked and pleasantly surprised.. Got the 'Stitch' email with the 40% off discount at Value Resorts.

Interestingly.. I'd be considering a trip in mid-March .. this gave me all the excuse I needed to push the trip up two weeks to Feb 26 to Mar 03.
