Just wondering if anyone was reimbursed for the parks being closed due to any of the hurricanes. We were at WDW when Frances visited and because we booked through AAA we were told we had to speak to them about the reimbursment. They are still working on it.

I'm hoping we get park tickets for the 2 days we missed out on.

Did you have park hopper tickets or UPH tickets? If you have park hopper tickets then you aren't out anything. They were giving tickets for those that UPH. I am sure your travel agent will get to the bottom of the story.

Thanks, we had UPH, so we're staying optimistic. While we were there Guest Services said Disney was reimbursing people but we had to contact AAA.

We had UPH during Frances and they gave us free tickets for the two days the parks were closed. We had to ask for them though, they weren't volunteering. I wouldn't have thought to ask because we chose to go anyhow, but someone was telling me at the pool they were giving them so I asked about it.

The tickets are good for 5 years, but we'll be using them this christmas!

We had Stars and Stripes passes during Charley (Its like the UMP pass but for military and such) anyway they gave us a copm day to use when we return. We had to get a letter stating a file was set up and then Ihave to bring my old passes in and they will give us a one day hopper pass.
