Anyone get a Roboraptor?

I got the robosapien last year and for this year I got the Roboraptor.
Now before I perform major surgery on the box to get it out, I wanted to see if anyone here has one and how they like it.

I soooo wanted the new Robosapien V2 but its like 250 bucks.

I saw that at Sam's club and tried the demo I didn't like it.

DS (10) got a Roboraptor and loves playing with it, he has the green one. It does different things, has different "play" modes. I stood in front of it to see if the sensors really work and sure enough, "Rex" turns and goes around me. As far as DS is concerned, it's great!

DS10 got one & we love it. It's fun to play with. He reacts well to the sensors, esp. if you rub the top of his head or under his chin while holding him.

Nope, got the Robosapien. Let's just say with his bodily noises, he fits in really good with my crew!

It is so neat. He says "End", but it sounds like "Ed", so I told my husband he's being beckoned by the dude.

We gave it to my nephew. I don't know who had more fun with it - him or my brothers! There is a "hunting" mode - if it hears something it will turn it's head toward the sound. If the sound continues, it will walk toward the sound. They want to take it to my mom's and play with the cat!

I bought the Mini Roboraptor for my nephew for Xmas, I hope he likes it.

ds wanted one for christmas but it got such bad reviews on every site we looked on-he ended up with robosapian (the 99.00 green one). he and dh love it (esp. the "body sounds" they spent the better part of the day having it walk up to dd and i and letting it er...."rip"
