Anyone get a discount last year checking in on Thanksgiving?

I have my current ressie for a Thanksgiving check in. Hoping for a code. Did anyone get a discount last year checking in on Thanksgiving? I was going to try to get cheaper airfare traveling on the holiday, but now I'm wondering if I will miss the code boat?

I have a AAA discount for this year 07', checking in on the wed. before thanksgiving. AP rates, or general codes are not out yet for this year. Good luck, and keep checking.

Last year I had AAA. There was a discount for the sunday after. HTH

We checked in the day after tday last year. We paid 133 for POR. Ap rates came out in mid august.

Its pretty close to 20%. I have the CR tower for august on AAA, and CSR & poly for n/dec. trip. All have the AAA rate. You can call 4007-wdisney and ask if AAA rate available for your dates, resort, or alternative resorts then once in a while they ask for your AAA #, if you don't have it just say you joined but haven't gotten card yet ....... or usually they don't ask. All they can say is sorry, can't help. But you should be able to get info to decide.

I guess I'm gonna have to sit tight and see what the Mouse throws my way...I hate the thought of checking in and out over the weekend to get a better rate.

I'm hoping to switch to a package with Disney to get dinning. But maybe I will check out directly with AAA and see what they can do for me too.

BTW My2angels, we are paying about $105 w/taxes a night for Pop with the AAA discount.
