Anyone get a Code BAT room for any of the Epcot Resorts?

Hi there....

Tried for BC This morning and was told no code availability for any of the Epcot Resorts (BC, YC or BW) and had to take AKL instead....this was not my first choice but I was able to add on an extra night with the Silver Dreammaker package and still save $100.00 so it was worth it to me.....

I REALLY wanted an Epcot resort though...im wondering if they are booked or if they just weren't a part of this code?

what nights did you get AKL. They told me it was not avail. for my stay 11/29-12/4. They told me CB was avail for my dates. It's a moderate.

Got it for 11/26 to 12/6 and we even got it for all nights and didn't need to book a room only for the 26th without the code.

We were going to stay 11/26-12/5 and now we are leaving on the 6th

Im mostly concerned with the bus system, but as my boss just told me as we were talking about it....that extra day I can do anything I missed if the busses were slow...LOL

Like I said in another thread, try again, maybe more rooms will open up!

They had it for BC for 12/15-12/19 but I didn't take it.

So this is what happened....

I talked to my AAA agent, somehow...someway...she was able to get me the BAT discount at the Beach Club....so we added an extra nights stay with the Silver Dream Maker Package and now we are only paying $1.50 more then we were paying with only the AAA discount with the extra room now added on.

So I figured it out and it seems we are saving $50.54 a night on the room.

I don't know what the actual discount is....and of course this savings is from the AAA rate we originally had, which was already a savings from the Disney Rack Rate.... (did that make sense?)

So needless to say we are happy we are at the Beach Club again...LOL

We got the BAT code for YC for our stay this December. I'm thinking YC has many rooms for BAT since the CM was offering us all kinds of rooms.

It must have been the time frame I was calling for....I guess they hold a certain number of rooms for each code, and for the travel agents etc....

Glad to see you got what you wanted. I just wanted to say bus service from AKL is not bad. I stayed there Dec 2002 and we had no problems with the buses and really never to long of a wait. In a way I kind of like it better because you are the only resort serviced where as the Epcot resorts share bus service.
But its so nice in the Epcot area to hop on a boat (and not have to fold up a stroller, lol).

I think you are right about how the Epcot resorts share a bus.....we like Epcot the best and always plan alot of meals there...LOL
So to us it is nice to go back to the room, get ready for dinner and just wander over to Epcot!!
