Hi there, well Manchester is in the North West, not North East, but it's still fairly close - ish. Have been up your neck of the woods several times, love Warkworth Castle and Alnmouth beach.

In answer to one of your other posts, we own at SSR and are visiting in June. We'll let you Know how it goes.

Couldn't quite tell if you have left for your All Star holiday yet, if not have a great time. You could also enquire about your DVC whilst you are there, just ring your guide. When we bought our 2nd lot of points, we rang from the UK, and said we are coming on such a date, and we would like to buy more points, and everything was ready for us to sign when we arrived.

Yes we are from the North East - in fact more North East England than anyone else who has replied!

We live in Northumberland, halfway between Alnwick and Morpeth but make frequent visits to the Gateshead Metro Centre

We are planning our 6th ( 3rd as DVC member) Trip to WDW Oct this year

Yep, I am from the North East - live just on the outskirts of Middlesbrough. Was just up in your neck of the woods, a week last Saturday, visiting that Ikea store you have. Purse was a lot lighter when we returned home!

Where are u staying? We are doing WL for 8 nights then disney cruise and returning to good old BW !!!

We are flying from Newcastle on 16th July and return at 3.30 am (what a time) on 31st July. We are staying at the Rosen Centre at the quiet end of International Drive. Never stayed there before but seen some good reviews.
