I'm originally from NJ. I was born in Passaic when my parents lived in Lodi. When I was 4 we moved to Morris County...Pompton Plains. I went to Pequannock Township H.S. It was a great area to grow up in. Finally left at 29 when I got married. LOL! But there's NO WAY I'd go back. ...No family left there. If I still had family there, I would have been back years ago.

I'm only about 1/2 hour from Hot Dog Johnny's. I also live in Warren County just a stones throw from the Delaware river. I grew up in Manville (past home of Johns Manville the asbestos giant) I currently work in Bridgewater. (Ducklite, beware the TAXES in Bridgewater.

Small world. I went to St. Virgil's for grade school and am now racking my brain to figure out which classmates went to Villa Walsh vs. St. Elizabeth's. I went to Morristown High. My parents were done with the private school tuition for a while!

I love the Margate area. I am officially a partial owner in prime beach property. The memories, are what I really treasure, though. It was my grandparents house. They gave me my love for the Ocean.

Went to Manasquan High School (Jack Nicholson is our claim to fame).

Now live in Point Pleasant (again)!

Born in New Brunswick (St. Peter's). Grew up in Sayreville where DW and I were high school sweethearts. After we got married, lived in Piscataway for 2 years before moving to Forked River in Ocean County in 1982. We have been here ever since.

Another Southern NJ person checking in. I live in Cape May County, about 10 minutes from Ocean City. I was born in Pittsburgh, PA, grew up in Novato, CA (outside San Francisco), and now live in NJ.

Grew up in Montville (Morris County), moved to West Windsor after High School (Mercer County). I now live in Ewing, which is 10 minutes from Rider University and The College of New Jersey (Trenton State). New Jersey always gets a bad rap, but I love it here. I don't know any other way! We are having a house built down in Mount Holly (Burlington County).
