I have to travel (on my own, for the first time) to Lexington to see my surgeon for a follow-up. (Saint Joseph's Office Park area)
It's about a 6 hour trip for me one way, so I'll be staying the night.. and need a CHEAP, clean hotel. I've been doing a little searching online but can't really figure out which are a better bet-- I'm not very good with maps. I can get there, I know, but it'll all be based upon landmarks so even looking at locations is a little confusing.

I may just end up using Priceline for a room, but haven't decided yet. Any input anyone can offer would be great! Looking to spent about $60 for 6/6

(I can get a corporate rate @ Baymont Inn & Suites on Buena Vista and all the Days Inn/Knights Inn/Super 8 and Super 8 Prides- but haven't found very favorable reviews on Trip Advisor. Hoping for some other insight.)

I live in Louisville and travel often to Lexington...I am sure someone out there may have better advice, but I would suggest Priceline...all of the Lexington Hotels just about are clustered in 3 areas...so just pick the zone on Priceline closest to St Joe's and go for it. Nothing in Lexington will be more than a 15 minute drive from the hospital area...Lexington just isn't very big.
