Anyone from Leeds ~ help needed ref hotel locations.

I'm looking for some help with hotels in Leeds within walking distance of the International Pool, (DS is to swim there mid Dec) I will need a hotel that has parking facilities but that I can walk to the Pool from as I won't want to keep using the car, any help would be greatly appreciated

The Crowne Plaza on Wellington street is almost opposite

Crowne Plaza looked nearest on the map I saw in town today. There's a TGI Friday's right by there andlots of nice places in the city centre.
