Anyone from 9/18 Magic not gotten coupon yet?

I'm just wondering if anyone from the 9/18 cruise has not gotten their 50% coupon yet? They said it would be out within 3 weeks. I know we aren't quite to 3 weeks yet so I just wanted to check and make sure they hadn't gone out and I didn't get mine or something....

We haven't gotten ours yet. Tomorrow is '3 weeks' from when we were given the letters saying they would be mailed within 3 weeks (so I guess they won't be early).

Actually, I just got off the phone calling around. According to DCL they mailed it out to my travel agent on September 28th. According to my travel agent (Dreams Unlimited) they have not gotten any of the vouchers from that sailing. Actually, the person who answered the phone said she was on the same sailing with us and so she has been checking and is sure they haven't gotten them yet.

SO I don't know what to think or expect. DCL said they sent them, DU said they don't have them.

Anyone else talk with DCL or their travel agents about the vouchers?

OK, I decided to call DCL again to see if I could get another answer about when they were mailed. The September 28th date was actually based on an inquiry I had with them.

The 50% off vouchers were mailed out on Oct. 12th (2 days ago) according to the person I talked to this time.

So they should be on the way!

Haven't gotten ours yet. I am watching the mail for it, I already re-booked, and I am anxious to send the voucher out to Costco for the credit.

Well today is 'week 3' and they did say they were mailed on Oct. 12th (Tuesday), so I would think someone should get theirs today. Mine was sent to my travel agent, but if you booked directly through DCL, it should be sent to your home.

My TA (Dreams Unlimited) just contacted me that they have my voucher now. Here is the details they sent:

Here are the specifics and terms of the discount as listed on the voucher:



Valid for a 3-, 4- or 7-night cruise-only vacation with Disney Cruise Line
Travel must commence prior to 10/1/2005 and excludes any peak or holiday sailings
Non-transferable
Not applicable towards government taxes and fees, travel insurance, pre- or post-package resort nights, ground transfers, dining plans, shipboard charges, pre-paid gratuities or air add-on
Discount cannot be refunded and guest is responsible for any monies due over the amount of the discount
Travel must be booked prior to 12/31/2004
Original letter/voucher must accompany deposit (Dreams Unlimited Travel will take care of sending the voucher to Disney Cruise Line for you)
Discount CAN be applied to any current booking that meets the above criteria
Discount CANNOT be combined with any other discount or shipboard credit offer


We had already planned to go on the Dec. 19th four night cruise, so we are using it for that one. I hope everyone gets to put these to good use!

Yeah, we went ahead and booked for Nov 28th sailing. TA talked to D agents who said no problem. We got an even better rate than the Sep 18th cruise with the discount and same room-ha!

I really don't know. I guess you would have to call DCL and check out the dates you are interested. I called about the one I wanted to use my voucher with and the DCL CM was able to look up the information and tell me that it was alright to use it on that cruise.

It would have been helpful if they had listed the dates they were excluding, but at least they can look it up for you over the phone.

Hello 9/18 Magic Cruisers: Just received our voucher on Saturday. We plan to use it for our 9/3/05 cruise. Jan P.S. A month ago today we were boarding the Magic!

Our TA called on Friday. They had received the voucher and wanted to let us know how we can use it. She told me that no holidays were included. She also said that right now peak is considered the month of March. She said that as sail dates get closer, more peak dates will be added. I guess it depends on how quickly they sell.
