We will be staying at pop too. We just booked the other day when the deal came out, I have been looking for deals daily and of course the day I have surgury they come out with a deal, I called up on Saturday and it seemed like they had a lot of openings still. We really need two rooms though so pop seems to be the best choice for us.

Good Morning Mayers !! Our list is growing!! We have a possible meet at the P&PP on May 20th anyone interested !!!?????This is the first meet but I'm sure there will be more as the calendar becomes available and we can firm up our plans more !!Just so everyone knows our window for ressiews will NOT be open till late December due to the system change! This is the latest news I have if anyone hears differently please post!! The dates for the P&PP are out but no word yet when they go on sale ! Lessa is a wealth of info for me on all these topics . Thankyou Lessa !! Say Hi to the Bros. Grimm!!

The Parties are a great place for a meet as everyone is in the same park and all will be watching parades and/or fireworks , which are fabulous !! So how about we start a list of those going and when so you all can make meet plans !!

ok i am new to the boards and my disney obsession but where do i find the translator for all the acronyms? I know the adr but some i have no clue on

I'm not 100% positive we'll be going, but I think I'd like to. I'm glad dates got released because I was having trouble making plans because of it. If we do go, it'll be on May 20th.

I do have a quick request though. I'm going to be 23 and DF will be 25 (and DH!) when we're there and we won't have any kids with us. I've not heard a ton about the parties and I'm worried we'd either be bored or feel out of place. I'd like to get an older person's perspective on the party before I commit it to our plans. Thanks!

Okay chinchiller , you wont get much older than me for a review on the Party!! I went dolo in Feb and loved it . They have a parade and fireworks and Tink flew . Th parade and the fireworks alone are worth going for ! You have to picture that only ticket holders are there soo it is way less crowded . Many rides are walk ons . I got several pix with Capt Jack inhis Treasure Room (only at the party) I collected treats for my grandkids they were beads and gems !! That would make a cute gift for a niece or nephew !!I did not feel out of place at all. There is a lot of stuff going on but the short lines for rides is awesome!! Some adults dressed up but many didn't .I just wore my grandsons pirate hat that had KYLE on the back.

Usually the calendars are up 6 full months in advance and it is usually by the first week of the month so May should be up now but its not. I have a theory that it is because of the new adr system but that is just my theory !!But as we can't make ressies till late Dec. they figure there'stime ! Just my thouhgts !!
