Thanks Lessa, I am thinking about doing the P&PP again !! Are you guys doing it !!I know I want to do MNSSHP in Sept with the family!! The good thing now is MK should have Spectro on the 16th if ther's no P&PP ! Maybe a bunch of us Mayers could go to the Party ???????

We are definitely going to the P&PP. I was wondering why you kept mentioning MNSSHP on the May thread. The dates for MNSSHP probably won't be out until the spring, just an fyi.

Me too! I had stuff to decorate last time but forgot tape so I never took the time to go buy some while we were there! Oh well! I'm going to decorate this time though. Are you going to be at POP?

I didn't bring anything because we were only supposed to be at Pop 3 nights, then WL the other 6 but we had a horrible experience at WL and transferred back to Pop. This time I will have a full arsenal! And yes we will be at Pop this time. It's our favorite, but I would like to try CBR one day.

Which reminds me when can we Mayers make our ADRS the last I heard was Nov 23rd but then I think I saw it was moved to December !! Anyone know ???

Sorry, I'm a little confused, whats the MNSSHP, PP and all the other lingo. I know what the ADR's and as far as I have heard we can do a few 180 days out but, the others have to wait until the new system or so comes out which they are saying sometime in Dec. We've been to DW probably 4 times or so but, haven't been for 3 years now. Any insight would be helpful. We did the dining package again (it was advantangeous for us) however, it's tough to shedule meals and trying to figure out where you are going to be when ( it always seemed like we had to cross a parade route or something )

well thanks to you good people I just saved over $400 with the code! So great! My parents are coming with and they are on the regular plan and they just saved over $200! There are six of us in all going to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday. This is going to make the trip even sweeter! Thanks for your help!

MNSSHP = Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party--held during Halloween time and you pay an additional fee to attend.

PP = Pirate's & Princesses Party--people dress as pirates and princesses, although it isn't required. You pay extra for these parties.

As to the ADRs, there is a bit of a wait time because the new system is not in place yet, as far as I know. . .

Okay Lessa !! This what happens when you are planning 2 trips in one year !! In sept. I have been talking up the MNSSHP for the group and got confused !! I really enjoted the P&PP in Feb and yes I want to go again so it looks like the 20th right !! Anyone else going ! We could meet up there and watch the parade or fireworks with a DoleWhip!! Who's interested for the 20th !!

We usually don't leave until 5 pm. It's only a 7 hour trip home. I'm not sure what park we will go to that day but my guess is it will be MK.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience at WL. I've only stayed at All Star Sports and AKL. AKL was for our honeymoon and my parents paid for it. We have stayed off site before too but that was when I didn't know any better. I was just becoming the official vacation planner for my then Dfiance but now DH. My parents never stayed on site while we were growing up because it was too expensive. I'm so excited to stay at POP. It's been a dream of mine to stay there. It just seems so fun and lively. We do want to stay at CBR and Poly one day. And of course the ultimate would be to stay at AKL again. I feel like it's my true home at Disney. It's magical to me!

thanks, I understand now. The cost of the PP seems steap. Is it really worth it for the older kids or just for the younger ones? I figure if it's something special, it might be worth it - the dresisng up part is tough since with the new luggage laws and stuff we're really going to be skimping on luggage and packing (since we're there two weeks, I'm sure that we will be doing laundry a few times )

We booked our May 17 through May 23 trip at the ASMu two weeks ago! We'll be going on our honeymoon and we're getting really pumped for the trip!

It happens, not much you can do I suppose. We learned from the experience, though. I always thought I would be a deluxe kind of person and now know I'm the opposite! I can't see paying THAT much money when I had such a good time at Pop. I would love to try CBR though. I think we might try to budget for it for our October trip. And I also only stayed off site with my parents. This was my first time taking DS solo (single parent) and I will NEVER stay off site again! I love being fully enveloped in the Disney spirit.

I know! When I called to make an extra CRT ADR (on Mother's Day!!!) I for sure thought it would be booked solid but there were quite a few openings. I had a choice of 5 times to choose from.
