Anyone familar with MSP?

We are flying out of Humphrey Terminal (Southwest Airlines) on a Friday at 6:00am. What time would you get there? I don't want to get there too early since we'll have little ones. It is such a tiny terminal, I was thinking dropping our luggage off around 4:30 or 4:45.
