Anyone Experiences with Cali Grill ADR's @ Fireworks Time?

Does anyone have any previous experience with reservations right at fireworks time? I'm just wondering if we're going to have a chance to see the fireworks... we have an ADR at 9:30 on Halloween which is right when Hallowishes begins. I plan to be there PLENTY early but I'm not sure if that's going to be enough to get us up on the deck to see the fireworks... any advice or experience?

I've been there a couple times, but wasn't at the window either time. That didn't matter, a lot of people go out to the observation area, it has a great view and the sound is played on speakers. You should be able to see the show.

We had a 7:20 ADR with Wishes at 9pm. They let us check in early & request a window table, not sure if it would happen with an ADR that close to fireworks time. Never hurts to try! We were seated way early & had to watch from the balcony... still great!

With your ADR at fireworks time, the odds are you will not be seated at a table with views because anyone having those tables will not vacate them prior to the show.

This has been our experience many times here. The good news is the place will empty out right after the show and you can enjoy a quiet dinner.

Even if you get there early, they will hold you in the lobby until there is room for you. Since CG is now a place to view fireworks rather than the priority being the dining, it's harder to get up there earlier than it used to be.

My only suggestion is to arrive at least 30 mins early and ask them if there is waiting room in the bar area. If it is full they will not allow you up until it clears out a bit.

I've never had trouble getting upstairs to watch the fireworks. Just make sure you get there early.
