Anyone experience with Timeshare resale closing services

Hey all !
has anyone ever used timeshare resale closing services?
There’s a listing on a time share . Com I’m looking at and this is the agency he said they use and spoke highly of.

the fees are absolutely crazy but if you get a good deal you can offset that

I don’t know if that’s the same company, I am looking to purchase a resale contract and the broker used to work for fidelity a while back then went there I read publicly online. The website is atimeshare.com

Oh right, not the same company.
They seem to have a lot of listings.

You can choose a different title company if you want as the buyer if you are paying the closing costs. Check out the closing time thread to see the popular ones.

Right thanks! I just don’t know about the actual resale company.. they do have a lot of listings but I looked them up and they do have good reviews but just find it odd that they have so many!

I looked at them after you posted the link and I have a Feb UY and was looking at the BLT listings since I’ve had two bought back from Disney already and I did find it odd that they said it has a few “current” points available in 2020 UY which for February is no longer usable, so either the contracts have sat there for a while and they don’t update the listings or they don’t know too much about DVC and how it works.

I didn’t even think of that, that is certainly odd.. it was just weird Bc the agent got right back after I emailed him w a question and seemed legit. Or sucks Bc I def wanna make an offer on one of the contracts but idk!

If the agent got back to then I think you should at least try for the contract if it fits your needs. I bid on one of the off the beaten path DVC sites and never heard a peep back so I take it as a good sign that they were prompt with communication. I find that lacking in most business I deal with nowadays in my job.
