 I made it to the gym today and managed to work out for an hour. 45 minutes of intense cardio and 15 minutes with the free weights. I haven't touched the weights in a while, but started back working my biceps and triceps today....bathing suit season is coming and I want to work those arms! I also earned a new exercise clippie, took me 6 weeks since I had some medical issues for two weeks, but I am now back in the groove.

Anyone else exercise today?

I did my strength workout on my Bodyworks gym (Poor Man's Total Gym  ) and then did my treadmill work while watching The New Yankee Workshop on HGTV. Watching Norm is a great way to pass the time while working out (well, if you are a woodworker like me, it is) :D

Firm's Cardio Sculpt this morning!:)

8 miles on the treadmill! I have been eating too much these past couple of days - 2 carry-in's down and dinner out tonight and another carry-in tomorrow - see why I needed to do 8 miles :p

I did 40 mins pilates, Days 5-6 of 8 mins in the morning with Jorge, and finished with a 10 min yoga segment. Yoga -- felt great to stretch my tired muscles after a week of working out!

I did 3 miles on the treadmill at the fitness center - one of my light workouts. Tomorrow - more serious mileage awaits!!! :D

I ran today as well - indoors at the gym as it is SOOOOO cold here! I can't WAIT to do outdoor running again! I did "speed work" today - alternating my comfortable running tempo with several minutes of "faster than I ever wanted to run"...(it's a great calorie burner in a shorter amount of time!)

Today was the FIRST, yes I said FIRST, day I tried doing anything! :o I bought the 1 mile WATP video and, I did that after dinner tonight. I am SOOOOOOOOOO out of shape! Almost gave up at the 3/4 mile. :o Thankfully, it starts to slow down again about that point. (I'm sooo embarrassed. :o )

I can see that this is something I can do now tho and, when I get the 1 mile done with ease, I can move on to the 2 mile tape, right? LOL

I did 1 mile WATP in the morning and in the evening I did a half of an hour on the threadmill.

I did my 2 mile WATP dvd. I can't wait for my 3 mile to arrive! The 2 mile is starting to get boring!

A Curves workout for me, then some "weight lifting" as I cleaned out the garage. ;)
