Anyone ever used Super Shuttle from PBH?

We need a ride back to the airport from PBH, and I usually use a car service, BUT my son's school was selling the Entertainment Book and I saw a coupon for Super Shuttle. It will cost me $10 LESS to use Super Shuttle but I have never heard of them or used them. It is $50+tip for car service to the airport with SS. Anyone out there used them before? Any complaints or praise?

I've used a Super Shuttle in California to get from the airport to DL. It was bus. Never heard of them in Florida.

They have buses, and cars..what is funny is the car is the cheapest way to travel. They are in Orlando, but I am worried to use a service I have never used and no one else has used them there.
