Anyone ever use WDW tix at DL?

Saw something on mousesavers about this but I didn't know if anyone had any luck with this.

Since we are 2hr flt from WDW, that is where we spend most of our time. We are passholders at WDW and have unused and partially used WDW tix from old packages there.

We are thinking of using our DVC points at DL and hoping to avoid a package. We only need 2-3 days since we are hoping to be able to go to Club 33 while there (we do know a member) and will have to "buy" the ticket for that. We also didn't know if we could just pay to upgrade the tix from the Club 33 day.

I have not personally used them, but I do know for a fact that non-expired WDW tickets are valid for admission at DLR.

One of my first trips was with used WDW non-expiring tickets. We took them to Guest Service and changed them over, it was easy to do.

So glad to hear we can use the tix we already have! We have several 1 day base tix, some 10 day parkhopper plus w/no exp that are partially used.

What if we have say 5 days left on our 10d ph + no exp tix and would like to use say 3 days at DL. Would we then lose our "plus" features? Would we be able to use the remaining 2 days and "plus" features again at WDW in the fall?

Also, if our best bet is to use up our 1 day base tix, do you know if DL would just give us a 1 day 1 park tix there as well or since the 1 day WDW tix is valued about the same as a 1 day dl parkhopper would they give us the "dollar" credit.

I know, knitpicking. But I hate to use the base tix and then pay for the hopping since the wdw are worth more. And I wouldn't want to lose the plus features since my kids have recently discovered the joy of Disney water parks!
